- 1 package lasagna sheets
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
- Preheat your oven according to lasagna package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer the bottom of a dish with lasagna sheets.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the noodles.
