- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, vanilla pudding mix, and eggs.
- Add the oil and sugar, and mix until well combined.
