Ultimate Crockpot Chicken Corn Chowder

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine chicken breast, turkey bacon, corn, diced potatoes, chopped onions, and minced garlic.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and mix well.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 30 minutes.
