  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, and spinach.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. On a sheet of parchment paper, spread the turkey mixture into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Roll the turkey tightly using the parchment paper to help.
  6. Place the rolled turkey into a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
