Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, blanch the green beans for 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the blanched green beans, chicken ham, and turkey bacon to the mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with crispy fried onions.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
