Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 10 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and fish sauce; stir well.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft.
  4. Place wrappers on a clean surface and layer with beef, basil, noodles, carrots, and cucumber.
  5. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
