  • 2 boneless ribeye steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove steaks and let rest on a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stirring in Dijon mustard, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add parsley, season with salt and pepper, and return steaks to the skillet.
  7. Let the steaks simmer in the sauce for another 2 minutes before serving.
