Shredded Chicken Tostada Stacks with Refried Black Beans

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried black beans
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread refried black beans on each tostada shell.
  3. Top with shredded chicken.
  4. Add cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and add lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and scallions as toppings.
