- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups sliced apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, toss sliced apples with 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
- Once the cheesecake is set, layer the apple mixture on top and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let it cool before drizzling with caramel sauce and sprinkling with sea salt.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
