Salted Caramel Apple Pie Cheesecake

A delicious combination of apple pie and cheesecake topped with salted caramel, perfect for fall.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups sliced apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, toss sliced apples with 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
  7. Once the cheesecake is set, layer the apple mixture on top and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Let it cool before drizzling with caramel sauce and sprinkling with sea salt.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
