- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and continue mixing.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Pour in sour cream and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with blueberries, strawberries, and whipped cream before serving.
