  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and continue mixing.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Pour in sour cream and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Top with blueberries, strawberries, and whipped cream before serving.
