  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  6. Layer the cream cheese mixture and pumpkin mixture in the prepared crust, swirling them together.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow cooling before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
