- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 box powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until well blended.
