  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer.
