  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the donuts cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. For the glaze, whisk together brown sugar, milk, and vanilla. Dip the tops of the donuts into the glaze and let set.
