1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
