  • 12 ounces pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes; drain fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, eggs, and maple syrup until just combined.
  4. Add the cooked sausage and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with extra maple syrup on the side.
