Ingredients

  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
