  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the butterscotch chips.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
