- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles for serving
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Sprinkle flour over the vegetables, stir, and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- Return beef and bacon to the skillet, simmer until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.

- For a richer flavor, use a combination of beef and pork sautéed together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for additional presentation.
