  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin spice; mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until incorporated.
  4. Spread the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before slicing.
