1 pound spaghetti
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the drained spaghetti to the chicken mixture and mix until the spaghetti is coated.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can include diced bell peppers or mushrooms in the chicken mixture.
