  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
