Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the broccoli is tender and slightly charred.
