- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup diced green onions
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
