  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add the chopped onion to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes, chicken broth, and garlic powder.

  6. Add the heavy cream and chicken ham, stirring well.
  7. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes, then season with salt and black pepper.
