Keto Chicken Parmesan Casserole

A delicious and easy Keto Chicken Parmesan Casserole that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a baking dish, add the cooked chicken and pour marinara sauce over it. Sprinkle both mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes to the chicken while cooking.
