  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms until soft.
  4. In a bowl, combine green beans, cooked turkey bacon, sautéed mushrooms, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Top with crispy fried onions and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
