- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 avocado sliced
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
