  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, grated carrots, almond flour, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Fold in the raisins and chopped walnuts.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
