Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, basil, and oregano.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
