  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the flank steak.
  3. Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches desired doneness.
  4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
