Grilled Balsamic Steak Salad with Gorgonzola & Corn

A delicious grilled balsamic steak salad featuring gorgonzola and corn, perfect for a summer meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup corn, grilled
  • 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Remove steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, grilled corn, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
  5. Slice the steak and arrange it on top of the salad. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños to the salad.
  • You can substitute the gorgonzola with feta cheese if preferred.
