2 cups elbow macaroni
4 strips turkey bacon
1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and chop into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard, mixing well.
Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, celery, red bell pepper, green onions, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
This salad can be made up to a day in advance for better flavor.
You can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
