  • 500 grams beef sirloin
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Add the beef, cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until tender.
  6. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, then add the sour cream.
