  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef and sear until browned, then remove from the pan.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent, then add the mushrooms.
  4. Cook the mushrooms until soft, then return the beef to the pan.
  5. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and paprika. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until combined and heated through.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles and season with salt and pepper.
