Gordon Ramsay Beef Stroganoff Recipe

A delicious take on the classic beef stroganoff.

  • 1 pound beef tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and sear until browned. Remove from the skillet.
  3. Add the onions and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the garlic, cooking for another minute.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Cook until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then serve over noodles or rice, garnished with parsley.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a splash of red wine.
  • Serve with wide egg noodles or rice for a hearty meal.
