- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pound egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.

- Reduce heat, and mix in the sour cream, stirring until well combined.
- Chop the crispy bacon and add back to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve over the cooked egg noodles.
