Gingerbread Tiramisu Recipe

This Gingerbread Tiramisu combines classic flavors with a festive twist, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 12 gingerbread cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine brewed espresso and coffee liqueur.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Dip each gingerbread cookie briefly into the espresso mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
  6. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with the mascarpone layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, allow cookies to soak longer in the espresso mixture.
  • Feel free to adjust the spices to suit your taste.
