Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the pasta and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Top with chopped parsley and crumbled bacon before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be made with regular bacon if preferred.
