  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  3. Add the diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, chives, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. While the quiche is baking, prepare the Hollandaise sauce.
