- 1 whole turkey, thawed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 sprigs of thyme
