  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to a greased Dutch oven.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
