A delicious and easy recipe for Chicken Tzatziki Casserole that combines flavors of tzatziki sauce, chicken, and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, tzatziki sauce, turkey bacon, cooked pasta, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
