  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla, then gently fold in the raspberries.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  9. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
