  • 2 cans white beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, white beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and chicken broth.
  3. Stir to combine and cover the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
