Crockpot Hamburger Potato Casserole

A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring hamburger and potatoes, perfect for a family meal.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Add half of the beef mixture and half of the soup mixture. Repeat the layers.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
