Crispy Feta Fried Eggs

A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast featuring crispy feta and fried eggs, paired with turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Remove bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook sunny-side up.
  4. Crumble feta cheese over the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve eggs with turkey bacon on the side.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add chili flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
