- 8 ounces whole grain pasta
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers, cooking until tender.
