  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
