Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap Recipe

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cooked, chopped chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  2. Toss the mixture until well combined.
  3. Take a tortilla and place some of the salad mixture in the center.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
